Museums, art galleries, heritage sites and parks in every part of Ontario are offering extended hours, day camps and a variety of special programs and events for the week-long school holiday, including:
The maple syrup festival at Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area near Kingston.
Ski and snowboard competitions at the Village of Blue Mountain.
Cross country skiing and snowshoeing at locations like Wye Marsh near Midland.
Historic and heritage sites like Fort William Historical Park in Thunder Bay, Black Creek Pioneer Village in Toronto and Battlefield House Museum and Park in Stoney Creek.
Science and nature sites like the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, the Canadian Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa and the Toronto Zoo.
Special events and day camps taking place at local art galleries and museums, from the Wellington County Museum & Archives in Fergus to the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto.
